Weekly Roundup: Sept. 23-30

We took a quick trip to Ohio at the end of September to spend the weekend with our family and it was so worth it. There is nothing like 16 people sharing a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in the middle of forests. But seriously, spending time with family is so good and so important and so refreshing (even if all the traveling was physically exhausting). One highlight was we went fishing which was a first for our kids and it was so great.

On to writing! Because we were away, I don’t have much to share this week, but that’s alright. For the first time as a contributor, I was featured at FemCatholic! So here’s where I’ve been during the end of September.

At EpicPew:

Bearing the Baby and the Bump: Confidence in Pregnancy

Shout out to the young guy on my late night flight from Denver to Cleveland: It was so great to meet you! Thanks for making that flight less traumatizing than it could’ve been and for being as concerned with my drunken seat mate as I was. Also, thanks for taking an interest in my work; that’s always uplifting and appreciated.

Finally, a thank you to all of you who take the time to read my work. If you’d like to support me in these writing ventures, please consider becoming my patron on Patreon. Think of it as tipping me for my service of providing you with reading material. I do most of my writing for free, so your support allows me to keep carving out time to write. Either way, thank you for coming on this journey with me. Happy reading!
